The Sims 4 Builds

In my spare time, I enjoy creating builds in The Sims 4 and sharing them to the gallery so other players can download and play in my builds.
In order to get more freedom in placing items, and items that can be used in general, I make use of T.O.O.L. mod by TwistedMexi. This enables me to access all dev assets (also the items that are not accessible to players by default, and move/scale/rotate objects exactly how I want.
Since all assets are in the game itself, players can just download the lots as I upload them and everything will work perfectly.
Currently, my builds have been downloaded 1200+ times.
Olde Lane farm
This is a residential lot with a main house and separate buildings for making and selling crafted items. It's the perfect home for any Sim that likes to earn their living with woodworking, brewing drinks, knitting, and making flower arrangements. They can sell their wares from their own home by hosting 'garage' sale events.
Lagoon look vacation home
This is a residential lot with a vacation home that's half suspended over the water. The deck has outdoor seating and many planters so Sims can spend their time relaxing in the sun or gardening. The boat and water scooter give them access to the deep waters, where Sims can fish, swim, play with dolphins and even meet merpeople.
abandoned retro motel
This is a community lot inspired by an 80s American motel. It features a reception desk, motel bar, karaoke bar, laundromat, American diner with kitchen, and multiple furnitured rooms.
tiny hill house
This is a residential lot built with the Tiny Living expansion, which added bonuses to Sims living on a lot that meets the requirements:
Tier 3: Small Home (65-100 tiles)
Tier 2: Tiny Home (33-63 tiles)
Tier 1: Micro Home (4-32 tiles)
Each tier gives the player certain perks, such as lower bills, emotion (moodlet) buffs, boosts to learning skills, relationship gains, better soil for gardening.
This home is a Micro Home, giving the player all of the perks.It's fully functional and has a great garden with planters and a pond.
